From Interstate 95 Exit 75 (formerly Exit 12) and Route 202 (Route 4-Route 100): Route 202 (Route 100-Route 4) is Auburn's Washington Street. If approaching from Interstate 95, take left from Exit 75 onto Washington Street and drive towards downtown Auburn. (Washington Street merges into Minot Avenue.) At the Minot Avenue-Court Street intersection turn right and proceed along Court Street, across James B. Longley Bridge and onto Main Street in Lewiston. Proceed along Main Street beyond CMMC (on left). After passing the hospital turn left onto High Street at first intersection. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign. The entrance to the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute is located at 60 High Street, on the left after the covered walkway.

From Interstate 95 Exit 80 (formerly Exit 13) and Route 196: Route 196 is Lewiston's Lisbon Street. At Exit 80 take a left at the stop sign, continue straight across overpass, and bear right to merge onto Lisbon Street (Route 196). Proceed along Lisbon Street to its termination at Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and proceed beyond CMMC (on left). After passing the hospital turn left onto High Street at first intersection. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign. The entrance to the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute is located at 60 High Street, on the left after the covered walkway.

From Route 202 (Route 11 -Route 100): Route 202 is Lewiston's Main Street. Proceed along Main Street to intersection of Main and High streets. Turn right onto High Street. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign. The entrance to the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute is located at 60 High Street, on the left after the covered walkway.

From Route 4: Route 4 is Auburn's Center Street. Proceed along Center Street towards downtown Auburn. Take left (just beyond entrance to Auburn Mall) to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. Cross bridge and take right at Main Street intersection in Lewiston. Proceed along Main Street to intersection of Main and High streets. Turn right onto High Street. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign. The entrance to the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute is located at 60 High Street, on the left after the covered walkway.

From Route 126: Route 126 is Lewiston's Sabattus Street. Proceed along Sabattus Street to Main Street intersection. Turn right onto Main Street and proceed beyond CMMC (on left). After passing the hospital turn left onto High Street at first intersection. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign. The entrance to the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute is located at 60 High Street, on the left after the covered walkway.

From Route 11-Route 121: Route 11-Route 121 is Auburn's Minot Avenue. Proceed along Minot Avenue towards downtown Auburn. At the Minot Avenue-Court Street intersection turn right and proceed along Court Street, across James B. Longley Bridge and onto Main Street in Lewiston. Proceed along Main Street beyond CMMC (on left). After passing the hospital turn left onto High Street at first intersection. To enter the parking garage, go straight at the stop sign.
